the room was always super clean. jaffar from housekeeping was very helpful. he decorated the bed with different themes daily and did so with a smile. the location offers easy access and i found the staff helpful with directions.
i noticed a cockroach in the lebanese and turkish restaurant. they offered me dessert or wine as compensation but i refused. my premium suite lacked sufficient storage for clothes. the hairdryer was weak and overheated quickly.

The music was EXTREMELY loud at the pool. It was just overwhelming at times. The daily fight for sunbeds in prime spots, starting as early as 7:00 AM, was also frustrating. Designating areas for private use really made the available space limited unless you wanted to be packed together on the beach like sardines.

The hotel staff were helpful. They always assisted with taxis and luggage. I especially loved Azure Beach Club. The staff there were AMAZING!!! The breakfast buffet provided great food options and the variety was very much appreciated.

There are two swimming pools. One is for families while the other is for adults aged twenty-one and over. I really liked having a private beach available and it was well maintained. It was a great hotel.

the pool was clean and well-kept, the staff was both friendly and efficient. housekeeping visited our room multiple times each day, ensuring it remained super clean. room service was prompt, a definite plus after long days. i found it easy to relax and enjoy my visit.
I noticed the gym could use a bit more ventilation. It felt slightly stuffy during my workout.

The hotel music volume near the pool was excessive at times. it felt overwhelming. I would have liked it quieter. finding sunbeds was also a daily challenge with prime spots occupied early. this made it difficult to relax fully. the food serving spoons were often placed on top of food after handling. This seemed like a contamination risk.
